Geri-Fit offers a variety of strength training dvds for seniors, teens and everyone in between. Designed to be done your entire lifetime, the Geri-Fit® series of weight training dvds will help keep you healthy and fit so that you can stay active well into your golden years. Weight training videos are also an ideal way for you to stay on track with your exercise program because it allows you to exercise at any time of the day. You can even take your weights and exercise dvd's with you while you travel or while you're on vacation.
Our strength training dvd's provide weight training tips throughout the workout so that, no matter what age or fitness level you’re at, you will be able to follow along. The strength training exercises for older adults shown in our exercise program dvds called "Geri-Fit", and our newest senior strength training dvd, "15 Exercises That Help to Prevent Osteoporosis," have superimposed graphics showing beginner to advanced versions of each exercise. That way, you will be able to identify which level is appropriate for you so that you will derive the maximum benefits of the exercises.

Start with the Geri-Fit® dvd for resistance training for older adults, then graduate to Weights® I, Weights® II and hopefully Weights® III, our most challenging strength training exercise dvd.
If you’re a golfer, you'll love Golf-Fit®. Golf pros spend plenty of time in the weight room because they know how vital it is to have strong, toned muscles in order to help improve their golf game. The importance of muscle strength also translates to how well you hit the ball. But working out with weights doesn’t necessarily mean that you'll bulk up. By carefully engaging the muscles that golf requires, you'll see that, by keeping the reps between 10-15 per set, your muscles will become stronger, not larger.
If you’re trying to build core strength, try our pilates dvd called Back-Fit®. These back strengthening exercises have been medically reviewed and approved by a licensed physical therapist. It's prescribed to patients coming out of rehabilitation so that they can continue their exercise program in a home setting. The core strengthening exercises will help decrease lower back pain, strengthen the abdominals, and increase upper body strength. The exercises, done in a circuit training workout, include flexibility training, lots of stretching, and functional balance training. It has the primary strength training exercises that older adults need in order to keep their entire bodies strong for life.

If you are purchasing any of our dvds to play in a public setting like a senior center, health club or other public building, you will need to also purchase a PPL License (Public Performance License.) Since the dvd's that we sell are for private in-home use only, your center must be appropriately licensed in order to display the video for public broadcast. By paying the nominal license fee, you will be in full compliance with State and Federal copyright laws. This is a one-time fee of $150 per dvd and each License comes with its own PPL certificate to display in your workout area.
