Geri-Fit Program License - Single Facility
For senior centers, congregate meal sites, and community centers
The Geri-Fit Program License is for facilities that would like to pay license fees by credit card or government e-cards. If you are purchasing more than one facility license, please change the quantity field to the required number of sites. Each program license includes online training and certification for TWO instructors. Prior to purchasing, the buyer must have the legal authority to enter into and sign a Facility License Agreement. If you have not yet received the License Agreement, you must fill out a License Application first which will provide us with the necessary information we need in order to draft the License Agreement and properly quote you.
