Join a dozen older adults with Master Trainer, Francesca Fisher, in this 45-minute Geri-Fit® progressive resistance strength training workout. These weight training exercises are essential for fall prevention but will also improve range of motion, balance, strength and endurance. No aerobics and no floorwork! Suggested for all older adult fitness levels; simply work out at your own pace. If you’re just starting out, modifications will be provided for some of the harder exercises so that you can follow along. Requires a set of 2 pound dumbbells (or heavier weights) and a stretch band.
