Because DVD's can be copied, we do not accept returns once items have been opened. We will accept exchanges on defective merchandise only within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us prior to returning any item so that we can issue you a Return Authorization Number. This number should be on the outside of your envelope. Any item received without a RAN will be subject to non-replacement.
