I registered for a class term but didn't make it to any of the classes. Can I get a refund?
We are in a business to provide health and fitness programs to community members, and we want you to take YOUR health seriously. But, please realize that exercise is a continuous process, and coming to class on a regular basis will provide the greatest long-term results. Make time in your schedule and don't cancel that most important appointment in your schedule for that day: your exercise class! Make the commitment to come to every class.

Our refund policy is as follows: once you pay for your classes, we expect you to come to class. We are not responsible for changes in your work schedule, health or personal reasons that may prevent you from coming to class. And, we do not provide refunds should you drop out or miss classes on your own accord.

If you have a special situation (like you will be traveling and missing classes), please email us or call us prior to registering and discuss this with one of our customer service representatives. We may be able to pro-rate your fees so that you are not paying for classes you won't be able to attend. If you can't make it to class for an extended period of time, such as an illness, surgery, or family emergency, call us and we'll try to work this out with you by either freezing your unused classes so that you can use them in the future when your schedule permits, or sending your unused classes as a gift certificate to someone else that will be able to use them.

Please note: we do not offer a pay-as-you-go plan or walk-in rate. All registration fees are payable in advance and before each eight-class term begins. Please do not offer to pay your instructor cash. This is not allowed.
