I signed up for classes but was not able to attend all of the classes. Can I make them up?
Please call us or send us an email and we'll see what can be done. Since many of the centers we work with do not offer make up classes, we may not be able to do anything, and we do not offer refunds. We may able to offer you an adjusted fee if you plan to continue with us or perhaps give you a partial credit towards the purchase of an exercise dvd. Discuss your situation with one of our customer service reps at 1-888-GERI-FIT x8.

If a valid medical or emergency situation occurs and you will not be able to attend class for an extended period, please call our office. We will freeze your class payment, effective from the day you call in and that way you can use it at another time. Please do not wait until the end of the session to notify us. We cannot freeze a class term that has already ended.
