Do I have to be in already good shape to enroll?
We accept all shapes and sizes and any age, too! Just work out at your own pace. We suggest that everyone start the first class by using a set of 2-pound dumbbells and that way you can determine if the weight will be appropriate for you. You are able to make the workout as hard or as easy as you want it to be by simply increasing or decreasing the amount of repetitions in an exercise, using heavier or lighter dumbbells, and/or the resting time between sets, and/or using or not using weights for the weight training exercises.
