This new, 45-minute all strength training workout is a unique blend of circuit training utilizing the pyramid method of bodybuilding. You will be encouraged (but you don't have to) use heavier weights throughout the exercise sequences for the back and shoulders and arms, especially the back of the arms. All of the thigh exercises are done seated with a 36" medium strength Geri-Fit Stretch Band so there's no bending of the knees whatsoever! The NSNL workout introduces new hip, gluteal, hamstring and quadricep exercises that aren't featured in any other Geri-Fit workout. As always, you'll be encouraged to work out at your own fitness level and stop at 10, 12, or 15 repetitions (or fewer if you need to.) Suggested weights are a pair of 3-pound dumbbells and a set of (or one) 4 or 5-pound dumbbell(s). You can also start with your 2-pound dumbbells, that's ok. Guys should be encouraged to use 5-pound, or 7 or 10-pound dumbbell weights and interchange them to make the workout as hard as you want to make it. Featuring Geri-Fit Founder, Francesca Fisher.
