Geri-FitŪ Jump Squats Workout - Advanced Balance and Fall Prevention Training
An advanced fall prevention and balance enhancement workout
Join instructor Francesca Fisher and 20 of her students in this advanced circuit workout that combines plyometric and proprioceptive training concepts. Plyometric exercises are demonstrated first, then the group does them together. Modifications are given to those that are unable to perform hops, skips, or deep squats so that no one is left out. Suggested for Geri-Fit students that are pre-conditioned having at least 3 months of exercise training.
