A special class of 20 Geri-Fit students with chronic disease, stroke and Parkinson's

Geri-FitŪ Master Trainer Francesca Fisher and 20 of her students perform the Geri-FitŪ strength training workout. Special modifications are shown for those with disabilities, medical conditions, stroke, chronic disease (COPD and diabetes) or are just starting out. The workout is comprised of 12 minutes of stretching and warmup, then 30 minutes of progressive strength training exercises followed by a cool down stretch. Accommodates all fitness levels. Work out at your own pace. Requires a set of dumbbells and a stretch band. No floorwork.
