Class Description: FREE Geri-Fit Strength Training exercise classes for older adults! Improve strength and balance by working out with a set of light dumbbell weights. No floorwork, dancing or choreography to learn. Bring your own dumbbell weights ranging in size from 2-5 pounds (depending on your strength), a stretch band, and water to drink.
