What is the Geri-Fit program?
Geri-Fit is an evidence-based health promotion and disease prevention group exercise class that is performed in chairs using light dumbbell weights ranging in weight from 2 pounds up to 5 pounds. As participants become familiar with the bodybuilding exercises, they can advance to using heavier weights in order to build even more strength.
