I have bad knees. Can I do Geri-Fit?
The primary leg exercises we do in the Geri-Fit program are squats and lunges. Depending on your individual knee condition, the exercises are either going to help your knees or bother your knees.

If your doctor has prescribed certain physical therapy exercises he wants you to do to help strengthen your legs, like leg lifts or leg extensions, you may want to do those exercises instead of the squat / lunge exercises in Geri-Fit.

Otherwise, we will performing Stationary Lunges, Sit-to-Stands, Chair Squats and other core strengthening exercises which are vital to returning the body back to a functional state.
