SUAs, Area Agencies on Aging, Offices on Aging, County health departments, non-profits, hospitals, tribal organizations, companies, and others that are interested in cultivating a specific state, area or region should contact us for more information. To qualify for a 60% discount, you must have a minimum of 10 locations for the Blanket License option (see our Program Summary page for more information.)
For locations with 2 and/or up to 5 locations, inquire about our Traveling License which is intended for locations that wish to offer Geri-Fit as a 12-week course, then travel to a new location for a new 12 week course. Traveling licenses include the online training and certification for one instructor. You may purchase additional instructor training credits for $362 per instructor (includes shipping.)
