Package rate: $200 / 4 pre-paid classes

Directions: Private, in-home personal fitness training led by Certified Geri-Fit Instructors specializing in senior strength training. One-on-one or one-on-two programs available by appointment only held in your suite, apartment or exercise room. $45 for each 30-minute session. Package of four visits are $160 (saves $20).
