Class Description: Improve strength, stamina, balance and arthritic conditions in this evidence-based 45-minute strength training exercise class for older adults. No aerobics or floorwork! Most of the strength training exercises are done seated in chairs. All fitness levels welcome! Bring a set of 2 or 3-pound dumbbells (each), a stretch band and water to drink during the workout. Directions: The French Valley Community Center is located at 31757 Browning St., Murrieta, CA 92563. To get there, take Murrieta Hot Springs Road for 1.7 miles, then make a left on Pourroy Street which is at the Rancho Bella Vista development (you'll see the development's sign at the entranceway.) Stay on Pourroy for 1/2 mile and then you'll come to Browning Road. Make a right on Browning and you'll see the Rancho Bella Vista Community Center which is also called French Valley Community Center.
Classes are held in the Meeting Room (to the right as you pass the front desk.) This location accepts Silver&Fit.
