Class Description: Meet our group of professional healthcare providers during this 2-hour event offered from 11-1 pm. We offer bone density testings, blood pressure screenings, vision screenings for macular degeneration, balance tests, nutritional evaluation, strength training exercise class information to help prevent osteoporosis, fall prevention information and other vital services that will help you live a longer and healthier life. Fee includes a box lunch and beverage. Advance registration is required. We do not accept payments at the door. Call 951-694-6873 to pre-register for this event.
Directions: Geri-Fit classes are held at An Optimal You wellness center located in the Silverhawk medical office building located at 29995 Technology Drive in Murrieta, California 92563 (the building right behind the Temecula Dance Company.)
Coming from Temecula and going northbound on Winchester road into Murrieta, Technology Drive is 1/2 mile once you pass Murrieta Hot Springs Rd. When you come to the traffic light, turn right onto Technology Drive, then make a right into the first driveway and then an immediate left into the parking lot. This is a medical office building, so we will not have any signage out. Just take the elevator to the second floor and Suite 203 is where the classes are conducted. Walk pass the reception area, then make a right at the hall and we're in the conference room at the end of the hall.
Medicare Advantage members that have the Silver&Fit health plan benefit are able to participate free of charge (co-pay may apply).
Advance registration is required before attending. Please call 951-694-6873 to register. If you have the Silver&Fit Medicare Plan, have your health plan number handy at the time you call. You will also be asked your date of birth so that we can determine eligibility.
If you do not have coverage, course fees are payable in advance. Our instructors are not permitted to accept payment at class.
