Class Description: A one-hour cardiovascular strength training exercise class that shapes and tones the entire body and helps prevent osteoporosis. No dancing, jumping or jazzing… just results! Depending on your age and fitness level, bring a set of 3 to 5-pound dumbbells (each), a stretch band, a water bottle and an exercise mat. Accommodates beginner to advanced fitness levels ages 55 and under... work out at your own pace! Eight, one-hour classes in each term.
Directions: The French Valley Community Center is located at 31757 Browning St., Murrieta, CA 92563. To get there, take Murrieta Hot Springs Road for 1.7 miles, then make a left on Pourroy Street which is at the Rancho Bella Vista development (you'll see the development's sign at the entranceway.) Stay on Pourroy for 1/2 mile and then you'll come to Browning Road. Make a right on Browning and you'll see the Rancho Bella Vista Community Center which is also called French Valley Community Center.
Classes are held in the Meeting Room (to the right as you pass the front desk.) This location accepts Silver&Fit.
