Class Description: A one-hour cardiovascular strength training exercise class that shapes and tones the entire body and helps prevent osteoporosis. No dancing, jumping or jazzing… just results! Depending on your age and fitness level, bring a set of 3 to 5-pound dumbbells (each), a stretch band, a water bottle and an exercise mat. Accommodates beginner to advanced fitness levels ages 55 and under... work out at your own pace! Eight, one-hour classes in each term.
Directions: Classes are held at the Community Center Annex, 41810 Juniper St., Murrieta, CA, 92563 which is located just past the senior center on the opposite side of the street.
